About the Role:
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a 3D Game Artist, preferably in the mobile gaming industry or a detailed portfolio showcasing different skills for a fresher.
- Proficient in Blender for 3D modeling, animation, and asset creation.
- Strong understanding of texturing workflows using Substance Painter, with the ability to create high-quality, optimized textures.
- Solid knowledge of UV mapping, baking, and PBR workflows for real-time rendering.
- Ability to optimize models and textures for mobile performance without compromising visual quality.
- Positive sense of proportion, scale, color, and composition,



with attention to detail and consistency in art style.
- Understanding of game art pipelines, including integration of assets into game engines (Unity is a plus).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, animation, and texturing work relevant to mobile or stylized games.

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and textures for characters, environments, and props using Blender and Substance Painter.
- Collaborate closely with other artists, designers, and developers to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the game’s art direction.
- Optimize assets for mobile platforms, maintaining a balance between performance and visual quality.
