Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and informative lessons that cover the core concepts, theories, and case studies outlined in the IBDP Business and Management curriculum.

Assessment: Prepare students for internal assessments, including case study analysis, business reports, and commentaries, as well as external assessments such as examinations.

Individualized Support: Provide personalized support to students, including one-on-one assistance, to help them grasp complex business concepts and excel in their coursework.

Resource Development: Create supplementary materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources, to enhance students' understanding of key topics and support independent learning.

Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.





Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall development of the Business Studies department.

Parental Communication: Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress, performance, and any concerns that may arise.

Career development: Stay updated on developments in the field of business studies and teaching methodologies through professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
