Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, detailed, and realistic hard surface 3D models based on provided concepts, reference images, and specifications.
- Model and texture a variety of assets, including products, props, architectural elements, and environmental objects.
- Ensure that all models meet project requirements, including polycount limits, texture resolution, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with art directors, concept artists, and other team members to ensure consistency and quality across all assets.
- Optimize models for performance and efficiency without sacrificing visual quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques related to hard surface modeling and texturing.




- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to 3D modeling issues.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 3D Hard Surface Modeling Artist or similar role in the gaming, film, or animation industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, and texturing techniques for hard surface models.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, realistic models.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of hard surface modeling principles and proficiency in creating realistic, detailed 3D models.
- Knowledge of game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and experience with real-time rendering is a plus.
