This role is critical for maintaining data accuracy, improving workflows, and supporting decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for daily operations
- Analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights
- Build dashboards, reports, and summaries using Excel
- Use formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts to present data clearly
- Automate repetitive tasks using advanced Excel functions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
- Experience with:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.
- Ability to handle large datasets efficiently




- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and time management skills

Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience with Excel dashboards
- Knowledge of Power Query / Power Pivot
- Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting
- Prior experience in a similar role
