Supporting students: Helping students with social, behavioral, or academic challenges, and helping them develop skills like time management and study habits

Planning for the future: Helping students develop plans for college, careers, and other educational or vocational paths

Collaborating with others: Working with teachers, families, and other resources to help students

Teaching: Teaching students and staff about topics like bullying and drug use

Reporting concerns: Reporting cases of possible abuse or neglect, and referring students and parents to additional resources

Maintaining records: Keeping records as required

Following policies: Following the school board's priorities, and complying with local, state, and federal laws

School counselors should be open-minded and empathetic, and be able to listen to a variety of opinions without judging. They should also maintain confidentiality, except in certain circumstances.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
