Guest Services Assistant - Front Office

Core Responsibilities

1. Guest Reception & Service
- Warmly welcome guests on arrival with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests throughout their stay, proactively addressing needs or concerns.
- Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, amenities, and local attractions.

2. Front Office Operations
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately.
- Maintain guest records and assist with administrative paperwork and office systems.

3. Guest Inquiries & Problem-Solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of guest requests.

4. Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, aiming to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold the hotel’s service standards and brand values through attentive,



courteous engagement.

5. Support Duties
- Assist with front office logbooks, shift reports, and clerical tasks.
- Help maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area.

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Guest-centric attitude with professional presence
✔ Comfortable using front office systems (PMS) and basic office tools
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Friendly, composed, and solution-oriented approach to guest interactions
✔ Previous hospitality or service experience is a plus (but not always required)
