Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator
Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience to support sales operations.
The role involves invoice generation, coordination with parties for dispatch documentation, internal communication across departments, and preparation of reports and MIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Generation:
- Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices and Delivery Challan in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and tax regulations.
- Maintain proper records of invoices and related documents.
- Party Coordination & Dispatch Documentation:
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams for dispatch-related documentation.
- Ensure timely preparation and sharing of dispatch documents such as delivery challans, LR, e-way bills, etc.
- Track dispatch status and resolve any documentation-related issues.
- Internal Communication:
- Act as a coordination point between sales, accounts, logistics, and operations teams.
- Communicate order details, delivery schedules, and customer requirements internally.
- Follow up to ensure smooth order execution and closure.
- Reporting & MIS:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Maintain sales data, dispatch records, and customer information.
- Share reports with management and highlight discrepancies or key observations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of S.A.P. will be added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of invoice processing and dispatch documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic ERP/accounting software.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
