Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Your ability to understand client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and build solid relationships will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to promote trust and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, etc.) to fulfill client needs.
- Monitor and manage service delivery to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and track service progress.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management where necessary.





Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [insert relevant industry: e.g., advertising, IT services, Healthcare, etc.].
- Fluency in [languages if required].
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
