Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, processing, verification, and updates in systems.
- Problem Solving: Resolve issues, provide information, and ensure productive resolution of customer problems.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records, follow procedures, and ensure all tasks meet quality standards.
- Coordination: Escalate complex issues and work with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
