We are looking for a Telecalling Executive (Sales Support) to handle outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for our Digital Marketing services.

This role focuses on calling interested leads, understanding basic requirements, and coordinating with the sales team for further discussion and closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Call leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Explain basic company services and offerings
- Understand client requirements and interest level
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records
- Schedule meetings / callbacks with the sales team
- Update lead status regularly in provided sheets/tools

Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Confidence in speaking over phone calls




- Willingness to do daily calling & follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling (training provided)
- Ability to work from office on a full-time basis

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in telecalling / sales calling
- Experience in service industry or agency
