We are looking for a female Telecaller with valuable English communication skills to handle outbound and/or inbound calls professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain call records and update customer information
- Follow up with interested leads and close deals when required
- Maintain polite, confident, and professional communication
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
- Ability to convince and handle customers confidently
- Freshers can apply; experience is an added advantage
