Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify export & import documents including commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, BOE, BRC, BL, and related customs documentation.
- Coordinate with planning, transporters, drivers, and agents for container stuffing, transportation, VGM submission, and timely shipment dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export-import guidelines, and customer requirements.
- Handle duty/LUT shipment confirmation, payments, and coordination with accounts department.
- Track export and import shipments, maintain BRC status, POD records, and complete shipment documentation.
- Maintain organized records of shipment files, invoices, photos, and tracking sheets.

Skills & Competencies
- Valuable knowledge of Export-Import documentation and customs procedures
- Familiarity with Shipping Bills, BOE, BRC, VGM, BL, COO, GSP

Pay: ₹12,784.70 - ₹20,000.00 per month
