Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales for plywood, block boards, flush doors, and related products
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, carpenters, and builders
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and collect market intelligence
- Handle price negotiations, order booking, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination with the production/logistics team
- Address customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems
- Promote brand visibility through product displays and promotional activities





Skills & Qualifications:
- HSC or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in plywood, laminate, MDF, or building materials sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of local market and dealer network
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Experience in plywood or interior materials industry
- Existing dealer/architect network is an advantage
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
