Skyline Roof & Co. is hiring an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee roofing installation projects at site. The role involves supervising manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day roofing installation work at site
- Manage site labour, contractors, and helpers
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and company standards
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage
- Coordinate with project manager, engineers, and office team
- Ensure site safety rules and PPE compliance
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
- Handle basic site measurements and work verification
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of work

Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred




- 2-5 years experience as Site Supervisor (roofing / construction preferred)
- Knowledge of roofing systems, structures, and site practices
- Ability to manage manpower and multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
- Good communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industrial or commercial roofing projects
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
- Willingness to travel to project sites
