Vice Principal Job Description

Qualifications:
Master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Vice Principal in Central/State Government or Autonomous organizations of Central/State Government.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in the administration and management of the school.
Support the development and implementation of educational programs and policies.
Supervise and evaluate teaching staff and provide guidance for professional development.
Foster a positive school culture and promote student engagement and achievement.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the community to enhance the educational experience.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.

Skills:Robust leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
