1. Education

. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Catering
- Certificate course in Food & Beverage Service:
- Minimum high school (10+2) education for entry-level promotion

2. Professional Experience
- 2-5 years of experience as a waiter/food server in a hotel or restaurant
- Prior experience in fine dining or multi-cuisine restaurants is an advantage
- Experience in supervising staff and handling guests

3. Technical & Job Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Food & beverage service styles
- Menu planning and ingredients
- POS/billing systems
- Ability to:
- Take and coordinate orders
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Train and guide junior staff
- Maintain service standards and hygiene

4. Communication & Personal Skills




- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Good leadership and team management:
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Well-groomed appearance and qualified behavior

5. Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory)
- Food safety & hygiene certification

6. Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended hours
- Calm under pressure during peak service hours

Job Types: Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
