Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Garment Merchandiser to handle our order lifecycle from sampling to shipment. You will be the primary point of contact for buyers/clients, ensuring that orders are executed on time, within cost, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Handle the end-to-end execution of orders, from the initial tech pack/sample request to final dispatch.
- Sampling & Product Development: Coordinate with the sampling unit to ensure prototypes match buyer specifications (fabric, fit, trims, and prints). Ensure timely approvals for Lab Dips, Strike-offs, and Fit Samples.
- Costing & BOM: Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) and calculate accurate garment costing (consumption, CM, trims, margin) to quote competitive prices to buyers.
- T&A; Planning: Create and monitor the Time & Action (T&A;) calendar to track production status and ensure deadliness are never missed.




- Vendor/Factory Coordination: Communicate daily with production/job-work units (in-house or external) to resolve bottlenecks (fabric shortage, stitching delays).
- Communication: Act as the bridge between the buyer (or internal sales team) and the factory floor. Provide regular status updates to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabrics (GSM, counts, texture), trims, and garment construction.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple styles/buyers simultaneously without confusion.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in BABY/KIDS WEAR is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
