Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers (medical shops, clinics, hospitals) to take medicine orders.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain daily records of calls, orders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch departments for order fulfillment.
- Follow up on pending payments or deliveries.
- Update customer contact information and maintain a proper database.
- Build good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare call and order reports as required by management.
- Assist in promoting new products and offers over calls.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate / Degree.
- Experience: 6 M-2years (experience in medical or pharmaceutical field preferred).
- Positive communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, and order entry software).
- Pleasant and confident telephone manners.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
