We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage sales coordination and handle government and utility portals related to residential solar projects. The role involves coordination with sales teams, customers, and handling end-to-end documentation on GEDA, UGVCL, and National Solar Portals.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales executives for residential rooftop solar projects

Upload and verify customer documents (Aadhaar, electricity bill, bank details, site photos, etc.)

Liaise with DISCOM officials and government departments for approvals and inspections

Prepare MIS reports for management on portal status and project progress

Coordinate with installation and technical teams for timely execution

Provide post-installation support until subsidy credit is received

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Commerce,



Business Administration, or related field

1-3 years of experience in solar sales coordination or portal handling

Hands-on experience with GEDA, UGVCL, and National Solar Portal is mandatory/preferred

Valuable knowledge of residential rooftop solar processes and net metering

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic CRM systems

Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
