Job Purpose:
We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for the post of Forensic Research
Responsibilities:
- Understand the sector/industry in which the company operates
- Carry out in-depth analysis of the company’s financials, peer group comparison & indicate red flags for possible accounting manipulation
- Evaluate the corporate governance practices of the company within a given framework
- Evaluate promoter credentials and other business interests
- Understand the regulatory ambit in which the company operates and analyse various regulatory filings to verify the financials of the audited statement
- Undertake background due diligence on identified individuals/entities
- Prepare a presentation/report of your findings & present the same to the client
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be Accurate and responsible

- Sound knowledge of accounting practices and corporate governance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Expected to gather information based on existing sources as well as identify current sources
- Ability to look for details with limited information
