Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers from company-provided leads:
- Explain company products/services and address customer queries
- Follow up with interested leads and nurture them towards closure
- Maintain and update call details and lead status in CRM/sheets
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and meetings
- Ensure daily calling targets and follow-up schedules are met
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all time

Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role
