Job Summary

The Vice Principal supports the Principal in the overall administration and academic leadership of the school. The role involves managing daily school operations, ensuring academic excellence, maintaining discipline, supporting teachers, and fostering a safe and positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring the school curriculum.
- Ensure effective teaching-learning processes and academic standards.
- Support teachers through classroom observations, feedback, and mentoring.
- Oversee examinations, assessments, and result analysis.

Administrative Duties
- Support the Principal in school planning, scheduling, and policy implementation.
- Supervise daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage student admissions, attendance, and records.
- Coordinate timetables and substitute teacher arrangements.

Student Discipline & Welfare
- Maintain discipline and uphold school rules and regulations.




- Address student behavioral issues and implement corrective measures.
- Promote student well-being, safety, and inclusive practices.
- Work closely with counselors and special educators.

Staff Management
- Assist in teacher recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluations.
- Encourage professional development and training for staff.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work culture.

Parent & Community Relations
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Represent the school in meetings, events, and community programs.

Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with education board policies and government regulations.
- Support implementation of child protection and safety protocols.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
