Role Purpose

The CEO will be responsible for end-to-end business leadership, translating the Founder’s vision into profitable, scalable, and system-driven execution. The role demands strong operational control, people leadership, growth strategy, and financial discipline, while ensuring the business becomes less owner-dependent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute annual and 3-5 year business growth plans:
- Drive revenue growth across channels:
- B2B (Retail chains, institutional buyers, exports)
- B2C (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website)
- Identify and launch new products, variants, and markets:
- Build long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and contemporary trade

2. Operations & Manufacturing Leadership
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics:
- Ensure cost optimization, productivity improvement, and wastage reduction
- Implement process standardization, SOPs, and MIS systems:
- Improve production planning, raw material forecasting, and order fulfillment:
- Maintain quality standards, compliance

Financial Management & Profitability
- Own P&L; responsibility:
- Monitor:
- Gross margins
- Operating costs
- Working capital
- Cash flow
- Implement budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies:
- Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance

4. Sales, Marketing & Brand Building
- Set sales targets and track channel-wise performance
- Strengthen key account management (large retailers, exports)
- Oversee digital marketing, marketplace performance, and brand positioning:
- Ensure data-driven decisions using sales, conversion, and profitability reports
- Build a clear brand roadmap for domestic and international markets

5. People Management & Leadership
- Build and lead department heads (Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performance teams:
- Establish KPIs, appraisal systems, and accountability culture:
