Job Title: Service Coordinator (Machinery Division)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests and tender processes related to machinery maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Manage tender submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of machinery spare parts and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers to procure spare parts and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on tender status and service requests.
- Assist in preparing service reports, invoices, and maintaining records of parts usage.
- Support service team in resolving technical inquiries and customer concerns.

Requirements:




- 1-10 years of experience in service coordination or tender management within machinery or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of machinery spare parts and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
- Technical background in mechanical engineering or related field beneficial.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
