Job Title: Site Supervisor - STP / ETP / WTP

Job Location: Punjab National Bank Head Office, Dwarka Sector-10, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations for STP, ETP, and WTP projects:
- Ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of treatment plant systems
- Operate and monitor MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) Technology:
- Supervise and troubleshoot pump operations, including maintenance activities
- Handle and monitor electrical systems such as panels, motors, starters, and control units
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors on-site
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and standard operating procedures
- Maintain daily site logs, reports, and documentation
- Support commissioning, trial runs, and handover of treatment plants





Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven knowledge of MBR Technology:
- Strong experience in STP, ETP, and WTP operations:
- Practical knowledge of electrical systems and controls:
- Hands-on experience with pumps, blowers, and related equipment:
- Ability to identify faults and resolve site-level technical issues
- Good communication and team management skills

Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or a related field (preferred)

Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in site supervision for STP / ETP / WTP projects
