Blowhorn is looking for an Senior Operations Associate to oversee the management of the day-to-day business. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, project management of operational projects and, where necessary, provide support in maintaining the operations budget and tracking related expenditures and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What you will do:
Prospect to lead team
- Manage the Day to day operations of the customer / hubs and ensure timely planning and scheduling of vehicles
- Motivate drivers to use the latest technology and earn more.




- Ensure grooming standards and other mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniforms, shoes, etc. for all drivers
- Take ownership to implement strategic initiatives of the company.

Be accountable for business growth
- Identifying the risks and challenges in the project at early stages; issues if any to be handled effectively to negate repetition.
- Build a good supply base to cater to Contingencies and Spot requirements
- Ensure a minimum of 10% Gross Margin
- Ensure the highest standard of record management of all vehicles/drivers.

Exposure to wide range of business formats
- Individual would work with various customers with distinct ways of working.
- Individual is expected to understand the requirements of the customer and plan his activities accordingly.

Time management
- Ensure Vehicles Attendance and reporting times as per the Roster set by the customer.
