Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information, and offer personalized recommendations.

Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and upselling.

Transaction Handling: Process sales (cash/card), returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.

Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products, features, advantages, and current promotions.

Store Operations: Keep the sales floor clean, organized,



stocked, and visually appealing (merchandising).

Complaint Resolution: Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Inventory Support: Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and managing inventory levels.

Brand Representation: Uphold company standards and policies, acting as a positive brand ambassador.
