JOB Description for costumer support banking Process-
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Under Graduate /Graduate (any stream).
Average communication skills in English & Hindi /readable in English.
Training:
Duration: 10-15 days (unpaid training).
Work Schedule:
Shift: 9-hour shift (including breaks).
Working Days: 6 days per week.
Weekly Off: Rotational.
Compensation:
CTC: ₹14,767 per month (includes PF & ESIC)
In-Hand Salary: ₹11,400 per month
Quarterly Bonus: ₹3,000
