Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer billing and payments through POS system or billing software.
- Collect cash, card, UPI, or other payment modes and issue accurate receipts.
- Maintain daily cash summary and reconcile with system reports.
- Deposit daily cash collection as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for payment verification and discrepancies.
- Manage refunds, exchanges, and credit note transactions as per company policy.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of sales, receipts, and petty cash.
- Assist customers politely and maintain a skilled attitude at the counter.
- Ensure that the billing counter area is neat, organized, and secure.
- Report any irregularities or cash shortages to management immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as a cashier in a retail or mobile store.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge (POS / Tally / Excel).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
- Cashiering: 1 year (preferred)
