JOB Description for costumer support banking Process-
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Under Graduate /Graduate (any stream).
- Average communication skills in English & Hindi /readable in English.
Training:
- Duration: 10-15 days (unpaid training).
Work Schedule:
- Shift: 9-hour shift (including breaks).
- Working Days: 6 days per week.
- Weekly Off: Rotational.
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹14,767 per month _(includes PF & ESIC)_
- In-Hand Salary: ₹11,400 per month
- Quarterly Bonus: ₹3,000
