Required Skills & Experience
- Typically 6-10+years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise systems
Education (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience is equally valued
Domain Knowledge (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Prior exposure to the construction or infrastructure industry, including workflows such as cost estimation, tendering, billing, or contract / claim management, is a plus.
- Challenges of digitizing legacy enterprise systems in this domain.
Core Software Engineering
- Strong experience in Python (AI/backend development)
- Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
- Strong API design and integration experience
Enterprise & Integration Technologies
- Experience or working knowledge of:
- C# /.NET
- C++ (integration level understanding)
- XML-based enterprise interfaces
- JSON, Java and JavaScript
- Ability to work with legacy enterprise systems
AI / ML / GenAI
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI,
open-source, MCP Protocols etc.)
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
Understanding of ML pipelines, evaluation, and model lifecycle management
Cloud & Deployment
- Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP (Azure preferred for EU clients) or other hosting environments
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and deployment automation
- Understanding of on-premise and hybrid enterprise deployments
Regulatory & Security Awareness
- Awareness of EU AI Act, GDPR, and enterprise data security concepts
- Experience designing secure, compliant AI systems is a strong plus
