Key Responsibilities: 1. E-Commerce Management:
- Manage and update product listings across online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum conversion.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Ensure a seamless user experience and effective order processing. 2. Online Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Leverage data analytics to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. 3. Customer Engagement & Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
