Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the pharmaceutical marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities. The role involves coordination with sales teams, doctors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies in compliance with pharma regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products
- Coordinate with sales teams for promotional activities and product launches
- Support preparation of marketing materials such as visual aids, brochures, presentations, and promotional content
- Maintain and update marketing databases, product literature, and reports
- Track campaign performance and prepare MIS reports
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and printers for promotional material development
- Assist in organizing conferences, CMEs, doctor meetings, and events




- Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies

Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing concepts
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
- MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
