We are looking for a talented researcher who exhibits deep user empathy & analytical ability; has command of research methodologies & communication skills, to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uncover & drive insights into our product experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead research projects independently with a team of designers, product managers and engineers in a highly collaborative and agile workplace.
- Identify, prioritize research inquiries, and define the research strategy for your product area.




- Lead independently or with mentorship strategic/exploratory inquiries to influence the product roadmaps at very foundational levels.
- Plan and execute research studies and accurately estimate project time without oversight.
- Exhibit strong command of a wide range of research methods with the ability to articulate and communicate research insights at all stages of product development is essential.
- Expected to communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of the product team, translate data into insights & research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build ally ship by collaborating across disciplines (design, engineering and product) to drive user centric thinking into products.
- Most importantly, you’ll need to be a passionate advocate for our users throughout the development process and demonstrate how this leads to business value.
