Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operation Theatre Assistant (Non-Technical) to support surgeons and OT teams during surgical procedures. The role involves maintaining OT readiness, assisting during surgeries, and ensuring strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and OT staff before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Prepare the operation theatre, including instruments, linens, and patient positioning
- Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and infection control standards in the OT
- Handle and pass non-technical instruments and materials as instructed
- Support patient transfer to and from the OT
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital policy
- Coordinate with nursing staff and anesthesia team for smooth OT functioning
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Operation Theatre support
Knowledge of OT protocols, aseptic techniques, and safety procedures
Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
Physically fit and able to work in shifts
Preferred:
Experience in multi-specialty hospital OT

Pay: ₹11,085.00 - ₹36,292.40 per month
