Job Summary

The ITI Electrician is responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and protected operation of electrical systems related to pellet mill machinery, PLC control panels, and boiler electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted and safe feed production.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPellet Mill & Feed Plant Equipment
- Electrical maintenance of pellet mills, hammer mills, mixers, conditioners, coolers, crumbler, conveyors, bucket elevators, and bagging machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, gear motors, solenoid valves, proximity sensors, limit switches, and load cells.
- Handle VFDs, soft starters, star-delta starters, and MCC panels.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime.

PLC & Automation Systems
- Assist in operation and troubleshooting of PLC-based control panels (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Delta / Schneider - preferred).




- Identify and rectify faults in control wiring, I/O modules, sensors, and actuators.
- Monitor HMI alarms, interlocks, and sequence operations.
- Support engineers during PLC panel modification, commissioning, and upgrades.
- Maintain proper documentation of PLC panels and wiring diagrams.

Boiler Electrical Systems
- Electrical maintenance of boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and steam systems.
- Maintain boiler-related control panels, safety interlocks, pressure switches, level controllers, and temperature sensors.
- Coordinate with boiler operator to ensure safe start-up and shutdown procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
