We are seeking a Plant Operator to support smooth and safe operations of production equipment in our food-grade chemical manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for fresh diploma/degree holders looking to begin their career in plant operations and process control within the food ingredients industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment such as pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, reactors, mixers, conveyors, and dosing systems according to process guidelines
- Execute start-up, shutdown, and routine operational tasks as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, level) and accurately record logs and production records:
- Handle raw materials and additives safely as per production requirements
- Participate in quality control processes and report parameter deviations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report abnormalities for preventive maintenance
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities when required
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in production areas




- Follow all Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) norms and wear appropriate PPE
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Shift Supervisor to maintain consistent output

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Plant Operations
- Mechanical Engineering
- 0-1 year experience in manufacturing or process operations (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Knowledge of industrial plant equipment and basic process systems
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to work in shift patterns:
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Skills & Competencies
- Ability to interpret basic technical instructions and SOPs
- Familiarity with process monitoring and recording instruments
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting plant equipment
- Positive sense of safety awareness and compliance
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production demands
