Position: Sales & Tender Executive

Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Tender Executive with hands-on experience in tender searching, bidding support, order processing, and dispatch coordination. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from tender identification to order execution, along with systematic documentation and MIS maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Tender & Bidding Activities
- Search and identify relevant tenders on IREPS and other tender portals:
- Track and review tenders, corrigendums, addendums, amendments, and clarifications:
- Understand and interpret standard tender terms & conditions, eligibility criteria, commercial clauses, delivery and payment terms
- Support tender documentation, internal coordination, and bidding process
- Maintain tender status and update tender trackers

Order Processing (LOA / PO)
- Prepare Note for Approval (NFA) for awarded tenders / POs
- Coordinate internal clearances and maintain proper filing (zone & number-wise)




- Create Sales Orders in Tally and update MIS sheets

Dispatch & Invoicing
- Prepare Delivery Challans and Sales Invoices in Tally
- Generate E-Way Bills and dispatch documents
- Share dispatch documents with consignees, dealers, and liaisoners
- Maintain proper scanning, filing, and dispatch records

MIS & Documentation
- Update and maintain tender sheets, PO master, NFA tracker, PO completion, and supply data
- Ensure systematic digital filing of tender, sales, and invoice documents

Letters & Compliance
- Prepare official letters and documents related to tenders, panel inclusion, and statutory or procurement compliance

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination / tendering roles
- Robust knowledge of tenders and tendering process (mandatory)
- Experience with IREPS or similar portals preferred
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and documentation systems:
