Job Title: Chef (Continental & Chinese Cuisine)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Chef who can prepare a variety of Continental and Chinese dishes with good taste, hygiene, and presentation. The chef will be responsible for daily food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring consistent quality in every dish.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Continental and Chinese dishes as per the menu
- Maintain taste consistency and food quality
- Follow proper hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
- Suggest new dishes or improvements when required

Requirements:




- Experience in Continental & Chinese cooking
- Knowledge of café-style menu (pasta, sandwiches, noodles, rice, starters, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valuable understanding of hygiene and food safety
- Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred:
- Previous experience in café or casual dining restaurant
- Basic knowledge of costing and portion control

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
