Job Purpose

To build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, ensure smooth communication between school and families, handle concerns proactively, and enhance overall parent satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Parent Communication & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding non-academic concerns
- Ensure timely communication of school updates, circulars, events, and policies
- Coordinate parent orientation programs, PTMs, and school events

2. Feedback & Grievance Handling
- Receive, document, and resolve parent concerns in a calm and professional manner:
- Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely closure
- Maintain a parent feedback and resolution tracker:
- Prepare periodic reports on common concerns and improvement actions

3. Parent Satisfaction & Retention
- Build trust and rapport with parents to improve long-term association
- Conduct follow-up calls with parents after PTMs, events, or feedback sessions
- Support management initiatives like random parent calls, surveys, and audits

Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with teachers, admin staff, and HR to address parent-related issues
- Ensure alignment between academic delivery and parent expectations
- Support admissions team by addressing parent queries and follow-ups

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate parent records and communication logs
- Prepare monthly reports on parent feedback, complaints, and satisfaction levels
- Assist management in preparing parent communication strategies
