Job Overview

We're not looking for someone who wants to "break into sports media." We're looking for someone who already understands NBA/WNBA coverage and is ready to produce at volume—immediately.

PFSN is a fast-growing sports media company covering NFL, fantasy, college sports, NBA, and F1. We publish aggressively, move rapid, and integrate AI to scale what works (but always with a human overseeing the process and manually reviewing everything).

This role requires you to ship 8-10 articles daily while maintaining quality and voice. If that sounds exhausting instead of exciting, stop reading now.

You'll work with AI tools we've built internally to accelerate research, drafting, and optimization. We'll train you on the workflows, but you need to show up with NBA/WNBA expertise, writing chops, and the ability to execute under pressure.

This isn't a "find your voice for six months" role. You'll be publishing from day one. We expect results measured in weeks, not quarters.

What You'll Actually Do

Write. A Lot.
- Publish 8-10 articles daily across news, analysis, fantasy,



betting angles, and features
- Cover breaking news, game recaps, injury updates, roster moves, trade rumors, and trending storylines across both NBA and WNBA

Use AI Like a Pro
- Work with PFSN's AI-assisted workflows to research faster, draft smarter, and optimize for SEO and engagement
- Learn our internal tools and suggest improvements—we're building this plane while flying it
- Edit AI outputs into sharp, human-sounding content that reflects PFSN's voice

Understand What Moves the Needle
- Track performance metrics obsessively—pageviews, time on page, social shares, SEO rankings
- Spot trending topics early and capitalize before the conversation moves on
- Write headlines that get clicks without being clickbait

Collaborate Without Bureaucracy
- Work directly with editorial management—no layers, no politics
- Pitch ideas, challenge assumptions, and bring solutions to the table
- Flag gaps in
