Key Responsibilities - Back Office Executive (English & ChatGPT Proficiency)
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional English in all written communications.
- ChatGPT & AI Tool Utilization:
- Assist in data summarization, content editing, and grammar correction using AI tools.
- Improve work efficiency by automating routine documentation tasks with AI support.
- Data Entry & Record Management:
- Maintain databases, MIS reports, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
- Ensure proper filing (digital & physical) for easy retrieval.
- Tender & Compliance Support (if applicable):
- Assist in preparing tender documents, annexures, declarations, and compliance statements.
- Review documents for language accuracy and formatting standards.
- Coordination & Administrative Support:
- Support management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Track task status, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Quality Control & Proofreading:




- Proofread all documents for grammar, spelling, tone, and consistency.
- Ensure company communication aligns with qualified and brand standards.
- Process Improvement:
- Suggest improvements in documentation workflows using AI tools.
- Maintain templates and standard formats for recurring tasks.
- Confidentiality & Compliance:
- Handle sensitive company data with confidentiality.
- Follow company policies and data protection guidelines.

Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication:
- Strong ChatGPT / AI prompt handling skills:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail & time management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
