Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting assigned markets, retailers, distributors, or institutional clients. The role involves order generation, relationship management, market development, and achieving assigned sales and collection targets within the allocated territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retailers, distributors, or clients as per beat plan
- Generate orders and ensure timely execution and dispatch
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop new accounts and expand distribution in the assigned territory
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail points
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and schemes
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding follow-ups
- Implement company promotions, schemes, and launches in the market
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and MIS updates




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Result-oriented with solid follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and MIS
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Qualifications:
- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline. MBA in sales & marketing is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, apparel, retail, or B2B)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
