Position Details:
- Designation: Field Sales Executive
- Number of Positions: 2
- Experience: 1-5 years (Building materials / construction sales preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, developers, and dealers regularly
- Generate leads and convert site visits into confirmed orders
- Promote and sell AAC Blocks to ongoing and upcoming projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for order execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets to earn incentives
- Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and project information

Requirements:
- Experience in cement, AAC blocks, bricks, RMC, steel, or construction material sales preferred
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Two-wheeler preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
