- Monitor online/offline portals for relevant tenders (RFQs, RFPs, EOI) and analyze requirements.
- Compile, prepare, and review technical & financial bid documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with sales, technical, and accounts teams to gather necessary data, certifications, and approvals.
- : Ensure timely submission of tender documents, handling e-tendering processes and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and manage relationships with clients, OEMs, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions, communications, and status updates.
- : Track tender results, support negotiations, and follow up on bid status.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
