Urgent requirement for Steribio #Production Autoclave Shift In-charge/ Operator for Steribio Lifesciences Private Limited company in Patas.
(Injectable Facility). We are looking for experienced professionals with hands-on exposure to sterile LVP manufacturing environments.
Operator (Autoclave -FFS technology)
Department - Production
Designation - Shift In-charge / Operator
Experience - 1 to 5 Years
Job Location - Patas Pune
Industry - Pharmaceutical (Injectables/ Parenteral - LVP)
- Operate autoclaves for sterilization of LVP, equipment.
- Ensure correct parameters for sterilization cycles are maintained.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- To follow the safety rules in the premises according to the company norms.
- Responsible for Maintenance and cleaning of Component preparation and sterilization area (Autoclave area).
- Responsible for timely completion of calibrations and validations in coordination with Eng.
and QA related to Component preparation and sterilization area (Autoclave area).
- Cleaning and sanitization of drain points in Component preparation and sterilization area (Autoclave area).
Willing to work in shifts
1) Qualification : Must ITI / Diploma, B-Pharma, D-Pharma or M-Pharma. [Msc can be considered if he have good companies experience].
(2) Notice Period : 1 month only or 15 days
(3) Exp. : 1to 5 year in LVP injectable (Other field exp. person will not consider).
