Role: Retail Associate (Sales / Counter Staff)

Reports to: Store Manager / Shift In-Charge
Type:Full-time (Freshers can apply)

What you will do
- Welcome customers and help them choose products.
- Billing on POS and ensure 100% billing for every item.
- Upsell and suggest add-ons (cakes, snacks, beverages, value packs).
- Maintain product display: neat arrangement, freshness, pricing labels, expiry checks (FIFO).
- Pack products properly, especially cakes and fragile items.
- Maintain cleanliness at counter and customer area; follow hygiene and grooming standards.
- Handle customer issues politely and inform the Store Manager.
- Support stock receiving, shelf filling, and basic stock checks.
- Follow daily opening/closing checklist duties.

What we are looking for
- Freshers can apply (retail/bakery/café experience is a plus)
- Good communication in local Malayalam + basic English




- Comfortable with billing/POS and basic system usage (training will be provided)
- Polite, well-groomed, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and peak season rush.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
