Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls to promote pest control services, generate leads, schedule appointments, follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Follow up on leads quotations and renewal customers. Achieve monthly target for calls, leads and conversions.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Minimum qualification : Plus Two/ graduate in an discipline.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
