Key Responsibilities
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS systems.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
