THE TYPE OF PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in many of the following:
- Degree or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction,
Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience conducting UX design research in a design or digital product development context.
- Experience with a broad variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, ideally demonstrated through a portfolio.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key insights
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Experience with managing projects semi-autonomously, and working on various projects in parallel.
- Contribute to a good collaboration and partnership with a variety of teams by bringing consumer insights, qualitative and quantitative data together into actionable insights.
